Reports: Thousands of passengers kept aboard Italian cruise ship as 2 people tested for coronavirus

Around 6,000 people have been told they cannot disembark an Italian cruise ship after a Chinese couple is suspected to be infected with the deadly coronavirus, according to reports.The couple arrived in Italy on Saturday to board the Costa Crociere cruise ship, The Telegraph reported.The couple is now reportedly having breathing difficulties and have a fever, two symptoms that could point to coronavirus.The cruise ship made stops at Marseilles, France, as well as Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca, Spain, before docking north of Rome, Reuters reported.Coronavirus has killed 170 people and infected nearly 8,000 others in China, most of them in the hardest-hit city of Wuhan.
