A man accused in the murder of his roommate has cut a deal to testify for prosecutors.Ian McClurg pleaded to accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence in the killing of Joshua Brown in Seminole County in late 2018.McClurg was sentenced to 10 years in prison.The deal requires McClurg to cooperate with the state and testify against Jake Billotta.Billota is charged with stabbing Brown to death over a missing PlayStation.

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. —

A man accused in the murder of his roommate has cut a deal to testify for prosecutors.

Ian McClurg pleaded to accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence in the killing of Joshua Brown in Seminole County in late 2018.

McClurg was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

The deal requires McClurg to cooperate with the state and testify against Jake Billotta.

Billota is charged with stabbing Brown to death over a missing PlayStation.
