STEWART: NEW TONIGHT, ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES ARE SEARCHING FOR A WOMAN WHO ALLEGEDLY THREW A FIREWORK THAT INJURED A YOUNG CHILD AND SET A MOBILE HOME ON FIRE. THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE SAYS TIFFANY HARROD IS WANTED ON ARSON AND CHILD NEGLECT CHARGES. WE SPOKE WITH HARROD’S BROTHER TONIGHT, WHO SAYS SHE DOES PLAN TO SURRENDER TO AUTHORITIES SOON. ON HALLOWEEN, DEPUTIES AND ORANGE COUNTY FIRE RESCUE RESPONDED TO A MOBILE HOME OFF EAST ORLANDO ROAD IN BITHLO, AND FOUND A CHILD WITH SEVERE INJURIES TO THEIR HANDS. FAMILY MEMBERS TOLD US THE LITTLE BOY LOST 3 OF HIS FINGERS, AND THAT HIS MOTHER WAS ALSO INJURED. AT THE TIME, INVESTIGATORS TOLD

Deputies in Orange County are searching for a woman who they said threw a firework that injured a child and set a mobile home on fire on Halloween.Tiffany Harrod is wanted on arson and child neglect charges for the incident.Harrod’s brother told WESH 2 News that his sister does plan to surrender to authorities.Officials were called to the mobile home on East Orlando Road in Bithlo where they found a child with severe injuries to his hand.A family member told WESH 2 News when the incident happened that the boy lost three of his fingers and his mother was also injured. Investigators said they believe fireworks started the fire.

Deputies in Orange County are searching for a woman who they said threw a firework that injured a child and set a mobile home on fire on Halloween.

Tiffany Harrod is wanted on arson and child neglect charges for the incident.

Harrod’s brother told WESH 2 News that his sister does plan to surrender to authorities.

Officials were called to the mobile home on East Orlando Road in Bithlo where they found a child with severe injuries to his hand.
